Inspectability
A material finding keeps the challenged claim, evidence, uncertainty, and next check together.
About Panda
Panda is an independent adversarial review layer for work produced by LLMs, agents, and human-AI workflows. It helps people and host systems see material blind spots before they rely on an answer, decision, implementation, claim, or trace.
Why this exists
A primary model or agent can produce a plausible answer while missing a requirement, relying on unsupported evidence, exceeding its authority, or declaring completion too early.
Panda adds a separate review boundary: an explicit contract, bounded context, independent attempts, and findings that keep the claim, evidence, uncertainty, and next check in view. The host remains responsible for the decision.
The intervention
Panda does not replace the primary workflow. It gives the host a separate place to inspect what could change the call.
What we hold constant
A material finding keeps the challenged claim, evidence, uncertainty, and next check together.
The review declares what it may inspect, what it excludes, and what it cannot establish.
Disagreement and abstention remain useful outcomes when the evidence does not support one conclusion.
Panda advises. The person or host system retains the decision and the action.
